  PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania — A man was taken to the hospital Wednesday night after he fell more than 20 feet from the outfield stands during a Major League Baseball game at PNC Park, reports say. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports the man fell from the 21-foot Clemente wall onto the warning track in right field during the seventh inning of the Pirates game against the Chicago Cubs. Shocked players and coaches immediately called for the game to be stopped so the man could be helped, the Post-Gazette reports. Training staffs from both teams tended to the man for about five minutes before he was carted off the field. The team issued a statement shortly after the game ended saying the man was transported to Allegheny General Hospital. “Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family,” the statement says. Another fan jumped from the lower part of the outfield wall to help the fan, reports KDKA. It’s not clear if the second person was related to the man. Penalosa was part of the famed Penalosa family that produced two separate two-division titleholders – Jonathan was older than his brother Gerry and younger than Dodie Boy Penalosa Snr. Jonathan was also part of the training team of Manny Pacquiao, often holding pads for the eight-division world champion at his gym in General Santos City, Philippines.  Preston Ordone, a 2-year-old affectionately known as “Okay Baby” on TikTok, has died following a car accident involving his parents, according to family and authorities. In a news release shared on Facebook, the Louisiana State Police confirmed that the fatal accident occurred on April 24 in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. At the time, Preston and his parents, Katelynn and Jaelan Ordone, were traveling in a 2011 Ford F-150. According to the release, “for reasons still under investigation,” the vehicle was moving on Interstate 12 when it veered off the roadway and struck a tree.  A student at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island died while studying abroad.  RWU made the announcement on Sunday with the following statement:  The RWU community is heartbroken to announce the passing of Paige Moreau, a beloved member of the Class of 2026.  Paige was in Florence, Italy, on a study abroad program when she experienced a medical emergency, which tragically resulted in her death on April 26.  Paige was actively involved in the RWU campus community, making a lasting impact as an Architecture student, her role as an RA in the Housing Office, and her contributions as a Building Manager with SPLO. Her leadership, mentorship, and spirit touched the lives of many. Paige will be deeply missed. As we mourn this profound loss, we stand together sending messages of love and support to her friends and family. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School and participated in the cheerleading team, Best Buddies, and track and field.

  Milton Jones has revealed he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and is preparing to undergo surgery. While Milton declared his cancer is 'treatable', he said he needed to focus on his recovery after surgery as he vowed to return to the stage as soon as possible.  He said in a statement: 'I’m so sorry about this, but I need to announce the cancellation of several dates from my ongoing Ha!Milton live tour. 'The affected shows are in Leeds, Coventry, Basingstoke, Sterts, Launceston, Durham, Hexham, Ilkley, Wakefield, Lichfield, Tunbridge Wells, Portsmouth, and Lyme Regis which were all due to take place this summer. 'This difficult decision comes following a recent diagnosis of treatable prostate cancer. I’ll be undergoing surgery soon and will need time afterwards to fully recover.  A murder inquiry has been launched after a bestselling German novelist was found dead on a houseboat in Hamburg having been violently attacked, police have said. Alexandra Fröhlich, 58, whose novels have had prominence on Germany’s bestseller lists, was found on Tuesday morning, investigating authorities said. The case was quickly passed to the murder squad amid evidence she had been attacked. Authorities have refused to give more details other than saying forensic evidence had been gathered and a coroner’s report submitted. According to the local broadcaster NDR, citing police sources, Fröhlich was shot. Investigators have issued an appeal for potential witnesses who may have observed suspicious activity on or around the long cerise houseboat in which Fröhlich resided, on the Holzhafen bank of the Elbe River in the eastern Moorfleet district.
